Creating a Custom rug is a rewarding experience.  Although we stock a diverse range of designs and sizes, we understand that sometimes a more unique approach is required.  We at Shabahang Rug Gallery welcome the challenge to custom weave your dream rug.  We have helped many of our clients create their imagination to a reality, the options in custom weaving rugs are truly limitless.  All of our custom area rugs are hand knotted using the finest wool and silk to your desired specification.  These rugs are woven with the highest craftsmanship in modern to traditional designs.  

The 7 Step Process

1) We collaborate with you to create your design

2) We convert your design to a cartoon

3) We select wool color poms from our collection of 700 colors, choosing a palette for the design

4) We send the cartoon to our master weavers for consultation

5) Once everything is approved the weaving process starts

6) After the weaving process has been completed the rugs are trimmed and professionally washed.  

7) The Rug is shipped to our gallery
